Client Service Agreement

Services
The Company agrees to provide photography and videography services (“Services”) as requested by the Client. The specific details of the Services, including the scope, timeline, and pricing, are outlined in the corresponding estimate or quotation provided by the Company.
Estimates and Quotations
Estimates and quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 3 days from the date issued unless agreed upon otherwise in written. Additional hourly charges for photography and videography services are as follows: Photography – Rs. 3000 per hour, Videography – Rs. 6000 per hour unless mentioned otherwise in the estimate/quotation.
Invoices
Editing and post-processing of photographs will commence only upon receipt of full payment for the agreed-upon photography services. An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of services, specifying the payment amount and due date. The client is required to make full payment by the date mentioned on the invoice. If no specific date is mentioned, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Prodograph reserves the right to withhold delivery of final edited images until full payment has been received.
Revisions
The Company offers up to three free revisions to the Client for the deliverables outlined in the estimate or quotation. Any additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
Media Storage
The Company will store and archive all media produced during the provision of Services for a period of 6 months. After this period, additional storage may be available upon request and may incur an administrative fee.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services.
Client Responsibility for Damages
The Client agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to Company equipment or property during the provision of Services. The Company reserves the right to press charges or seek compensation for damages incurred.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client grants the Company permission to use images or videos produced during the provision of Services for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
Acceptance
By engaging our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
